How to Make 4 Sakura Cards from One Large Stamp

Every year Altenew Stamps releases an anniversary set that features one large floral stamp and this years collection called Sakura Blooms has a massive clear stamp that measures 8″ x 11″ , how crazy is that!? What can you do with a stamp that size you might ask? Well Amy R. is here to show you how to create 4 different cards using one stamping of this large design. It’s also perfect for stamping an entire background for a scrapbook or journal pages or creating home decor projects like framed art work too, the possibilities are endless with a stamp this big!

How to Make 4 Sakura Cards from One Large Stamp

She stamped this large stamp in black onto pink cardstock using a large stamping platform and then used the coordinating stencils to color in the flowers, stems and leaves, adding highlights with a white gel pen and then several colors of paint splatter. She then cut that large panel into 4 card sides pieces, putting them on top fold white card bases, stamping a black sentiment on each as well as including a gold die cut word layered with vellum. Inside the card are subtle pink flowers with another sentiment over top.
