I love the whale and bunny friends stamps on this sweet card from Jessica! Behind them is a big splash of blue that looks like watercolor but isn’t. Instead she created her own stencil using plain copy paper, tearing a large hole in the center and then ink blending blue inks and adding some white paint splatter. You could use this fun technique for so many different backgrounds.
