Spotlight coloring is where you stamp an image but only color in a certain area, “spotlighting” that section. This can be done with a variety of coloring mediums to draw the eye in. Dana stamped and heat embossed a swirly background stamp onto watercolor paper, used tape to mask off the outer edges and then water colored the center section. The results are a beautiful, colorful, modern card design.
