Use Distress Oxide Inks to Watercolor a Card

Melinda used Distress Oxide Inks from Tim Holtz to watercolor this beautiful card. For the background she used several ink colors and water for a smooshing technique then used a wet paint brush to pick up ink to color in the stamped flowers.  She’s got step by step card making directions over on the Rubbernecker blog.
