Trend and Freebie: Mandala Coloring Pages

Some of my most popular posts recently have been about coloring books and pages for adults who love to color and one big trend with that right now are Mandalas. I walked into the book store last week and saw at least a dozen Mandala themed coloring books! If you’d like to jump onto this trend you can get started with a couple of free Mandala coloring pages from Art, Like Bread. Click here to download 2 freebie pages and start coloring, it’s so relaxing!

Coloring in sheets are a great way to calm the busy mind, as you focus on the coloring techniques your brain is actually able to calm itself and focus on less. Coloring is used to help relax and calm anxiety and stress. Coloring keeps out mental health in check and allows us to develop of creative brain. We highly recommend Copic markers or Faber castell coloring pencils .
