Tip: Using Pastels on Coloring Pages

I love to color in coloring books but for some reason I tend to just stick to my Prisma colored pencils and forget about all the other great coloring mediums I have to use. Erin from Simple Art for Adults has a great tip for using chalk pastels for coloring the backgrounds on your coloring pages. Coloring in sheets are a great way to calm the busy mind, as you focus on the coloring techniques your brain is actually able to calm itself and focus on less. Coloring is used to help relax and calm anxiety and stress. Coloring keeps out mental health in check and allows us to develop of creative brain.
