Card Making Technique: Stamping With Stencils

There are so many things you can do with stencils but did you know you can also stamp with them? This clever idea comes from Jess over on Hero Arts. She inked up her stencils with Distress Ink , spritzed them with water and them “stamped” them (pressed them onto paper) for a cool water color look.
