Technique: Black Magic Stamping

This stamping technique from Wendy Weixler is so cool (and so is the name, Black Magic :)) Pop on over to Splitcoast Stampers and learn how to stamp on dark card stock with white ink and then add color with markers, it’s a really dramatic look!
