Product Review and Project: Flower Soft Display Globes
I bought the crafters companion (UK) they sent me the USA one. I had a lot of trouble when trying to get them to change it. I sent numerous messages to them. They finally and I thought somewhat reluctantly agreed to change it. They sent me some first class stamps for postage, which did not cover it. I returned the Crafter companion the same day as I received the new one. I sent an email to tell them. Never once did they get in touch with me to apologise for all the inconvenience they put me through. I find their customer care leaves much to be desired.
