    I do these alot and work with special ed high school students. These really help them in talking and just calming them down. Would love to be able to share this with them!

    This would be so much fun. With these, anyone can create a masterpiece!! It would be so cool to see what others do with the same page. The color variations, etc. And I would think it would lower the stresses of the day!

    My best friend and I love adult coloring pages! 3-4 times a year we pick adult coloring pages to color and then put them in a care box with other handmade and store bought stuff and send them to each other!

    I have always wanted to try coloring a mandela. My friend painted a large one on wood for her porch, and I admire it each time I visit.

    How beautiful…I am trying to crochet a mandala and have a friend who is a missionary in Costa Rica and is drawing mandalas for her hostel for indigenous women who come for pre and natal care.

    I used coloring as a stress reliever during college and still love to color but don’t take the time to do it. This is a great thing that people are recognizing the benefits of it!
