I think one of the reason I love rubber stamping so much is because I LOVE to color. I always have, one of my favorite things to do as a kid was color in coloring books and I think that’s always stuck with me. I know many adults also love to color too, even if they don’t want to admit it 🙂 But there’s a movement going on now to make coloring book just for adults, hurray! So if you love to color like I do you can find lovely detailed pages and books that aren’t just cartoon images for kids. Coloring in sheets are a great way to calm the busy mind, as you focus on the coloring techniques your brain is actually able to calm itself and focus on less. Coloring is used to help relax and calm anxiety and stress. Coloring keeps out mental health in check and allows us to develop of creative brain. We highly recommend Copic markers

Thanks so much for this whole post! I’m in and out of the hospital alot and I’ve wanted one of these adult coloring books for a while and haven’t been able to find the Secret Garden where I live. So, thanks again. I not only like to color them but also like to use them as embroidery patterns.
