A couple of weeks ago I shared some wonderful handmade card ideas for Father’s Day, click here if you missed those, and since then have come across lots more terrific Dad’s Day designs. Let’s use our stamps, dies, stencils and ink to create some cards for the Father’s and men in our lives to let them know how special they are and how much we love and appreciate them!

Laure used masking, stenciling and die cutting techniques to create these two wonderful cards for Father’s Day. The Best Dad Ever die set is so versatile to create lots of different masculine styles of cards! Watch her video tutorial at My Favorite Things.
Tell Dad he’s the coolest with this fun mouse and fan card. Dina colored the House Mouse stamp with watercolor and added fun shine to the blowing wind and ice cube with glue and glaze. Take a closer look at the Spellbinders blog.
The matts of green cardstock really pull the eye into the center of the card to focus on the stunning outdoor scene with a flying eagle. Lynn used Zig Clean Color markers to watercolor the scene and added a surprise inside, there’s a pocket to hold a gift card. Watch her video tutorial on the Art Impressions blog.
If you’re Dad loves to fish then this card using stamps from Whimsy just might do the job. Beth used different yellow and green ink colors for each fish and heat embossed the funny sentiment with white on black cardstock. I love the almost Star Wars reference! I spotted her card on the Bethwitchingcards Instagram page.
Samantha used brand new stamps from Lawn Fawn to create this delightful desert scene slimline card. For a guy who love the west this card has a puny sentiment, die cut sand, stenciled sky and stamped critters like a fox, snake, roadrunner, scorpion and of course lots of cactus. If Dad is the grill master of your family then make him a card like this burger design from Amy. She used stamps from Stampin’ Up colored with their alcohol markers, adding a die cut knife. Here’s another beautiful outdoor scene card, this time at night with rows of pine trees, mountains, and a stary sky with a big bold sentiment in black. I love the shiny stars! I spotted this idea on the Unitystampco Instagram page.
Heather got a great two-for using a geometric stencil. She created one card adding ink over the stencil and then spritzed the left over ink and “stamped” the stencil for a totally different background design on this card. Check out both of her Father’s Day cards on the Handmade by Heather blog.
Esther designed a beautiful boating scene for this Father’s Day card. I love the colorful sunset and the big bold “Dad” made with plaid. There’s also a smaller stamped sentiment tied at the bottom with twine. I came across this idea by on the Sweetnsassystamps Instagram page.
