Carrisa used lots of different dies to create this wonderful Tic Tac Toe Heart Card. She ink blended in shades of red ink for the main heart shape, adding a die cut # in the center. Around the heart are lots of x’s and o’s and hearts in white for a tone on tone background as well as a pretty foiled sentiment.
