I’ve been seeing a cool trend with die cutting lately of applying color to white cardstock and die cutting the images instead of die cutting colored cardstock. Doing this allows you to customize your colors as well as get more depth and realism with layers of color instead of just one. Debby Hughes applied layers of watercolors and splatters to her white watercolor paper before die cutting to make this lovely wreath card. Spellbinders
