What a great idea for using a bleach pen! I never thought to color over the bleach with markers, but you can bet I’ll try that next time!

I’ve used regular colored pencils over bleached areas so I’m sure metallic pencils would work well too.

Christina – Any colored pencils will work but just be very careful to not bear down too hard while coloring with them, as the bleach degrades the cardstock somewhat, and the pencils can tear it. I’ve also learned while playing with this technique that if alcohol-based markers are used with black embossing powder, the bleached area can get black streaks through it. Just food for thought! 🙂
