Technique: Poinsettia Holiday Card w/ Contact Paper Technique

November 4, 2017 by Heather Holbrook

Technique: Poinsettia Holiday Card w/ Contact Paper Technique

The center image on this wonderful Poinsettia card looks like it had lots of layers but it’s actually flat. Designer Channin used contact paper to die cut a mask, heat embossed her cardstock with gold embossing powder, removed the mask and then had an open area to stamp layering images onto. Find out more about this cool masking technique over on the Waffle Flower blog.
