Lynne used cute Flamingo stamps from Art Impressions for this fun couples card, perfect for a wedding or anniversary card. She added wonderful depth and color to her card background using shimmer paste over top of a dry embossed panel. A little vellum paper and some gems helps carry the shimmer through the design.
