I love the pop of white and the puffy texture of the ghosts on this cute Halloween card from Tatiana! She used a stencils with embossing ink and white embossing powder from WOW to get that great look. The tiny google eyes and word bubble sentiments add the perfect touches to finish off the ghosts.
