Shelley Hickox stumbled upon some great finds at the Dollar Store, blank cards and envelopes, heart rhinestones, ribbon roses and more and got the idea to make some inexpensive (but really pretty) Valentine’s Day cards using just dollar store finds and rubber stamps. You can checkout all her cards over on her blog, Stamptramp. This makes me want to run over to my local dollar store and see what I can find too!
