This mixed media altered frame from Tim Holtz is stunning! Tim shares how he used printed tissue papers, stencils, glitter, embellishments and die cuts to make this lovely art piece on top of a plain picture frame. I love how he made the puffy heart from a die cut, washi tape,some paper towels (!) and glitter! And the tiny house made from chipboard can be used for so many things, like small bird house ornaments, a little doll house or shrine boxes.
