Add a bright pop of neon color to your cards! Britta Swiderski has a great video tutorial for mixing Hero Arts neon ink pad colors. This card only used two colors, pink and blue but by layering them she got a pretty purple color also. Click here for her video tutorial with more color mixing ideas.
