In addition to publishing books Princeton Architectural Press also publishes many stationery and gift items.
The Stamp Garden stamp set from British designer and illustrator Coralie Bickford-Smith (illustrator of the Penguin Classics series) features 25 wood mounted rubber stamps that come in a pretty matchbox-style box along with a duo ink pad in green and pink.
The stamps are an assortment of leaves, flowers, stems, buds and petals and even a cute bee. They mix and match so you can create all sorts of floral and botanical designs.
I used the set to make three different cards. For the first card I stamped out many of the steams, leaves and flowers, overlapping them in a row for a pretty field of flowers. I used the green and pink included ink (except for on the bee). I adore the sweet little bee stamp!
Next I used a masking technique, cutting a mask with an oval shaped die and stamping the images inside the shape to make a lovely Easter Egg card. I again used the included ink pad colors. I really love the color combination!
Lastly I used several different shades of my green ink pads and stamped mostly leaves all over a die cut Hawaiian Shirt shaped card. Adding button printed washi tape down the center. This would make a fun masculine card for any guy who loves to wear crazy shirts.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this look at the Stamp Garden stamp set. It’s available for $24.95 directly from Princeton Architectural Press and also at Amazon.
