Product Review: Rotating Design Board

July 19, by Heather Holbrook. Leave a Comment

Product Review: Rotating Design Board

The Rotating Design Board is perfect for anyone who loves to stamp, color in coloring books, paint, do calligraphy, draw or doodle.  It rotates so you don’t have to move your project. It makes it easy to do things like randomly stamp all over a project, color at different angles or swivel your project so you don’t rub your hand through wet paint or ink. (And for lefties like me you know how easy it can be to pull your hand through wet ink so being able to rotate really helps with that!) The board consists of two flat sturdy boards with a rotating device between them so the bottom board stays in place while the top board rotates. There’s a heavy duty metal movable clip and non-slip grip pads on the bottom board.

Product Review: Rotating Design Board

I recently tried out the Rotating Board with some random stamping. Laying down a piece of scrap paper under the clip I was able to easily stamp out my background without having to move my cardstock or my stamp, I just rotated the top board. It made the stamping much faster and easier and less messy, with less chance of putting my hand in wet ink.

I also tried it with a coloring book and found it works perfectly to hold an entire coloring book open and in place. The large clip went over the book binding making it easy to hold open the book while I colored. And being able to rotate makes it so much easier to color at all angles. Plus since I like to take my coloring books with me or sit on the couch instead of at a table while I color it’s perfect to put the Rotating Board in my lap to be able to color where ever I’d like.

I’ve made a quick review video so you can see the Rotating Board in action

So if you also love to stamp, color, paint or draw I really recommend checking out the Rotating Design Board. Retail price is only $19.99 and it’s available from Totally Tiffany.
