Kristina Werner created her own large polka dots on this pretty Valentine’s Day Shaker Card. Using a bottle she traced the edge to create circles, filled them in with masking fluid, water colored over top and then removed the mask for a beautiful background pattern. She cut a heart in the center and create a shaker, adding embossed and die cut text to finish it off.
