I used some brand new products from Stampin’ Up to create this fun Underwater Porthole Card. I love using a slimline style for cards when I feel like I could use come extra room to set the scene. Using dies and an embossing folder I created the base of the card to look like the inside of a ship looking out into the ocean. The sea and it’s creatures are from pattern papers and stamps.
