This card is very bright and colorful but there’s no coloring of the stamps involved. Kate used 4 strips of colored cardstock to create the background and stamped the ice cream truck in black over top of the panels. She used an ink smooshing technique to color the ice cream cone and added some sequins around for a bit of sparkle.
