New Stampin’ Up Holiday Catalog 2018

September 2, 2018 by Heather Holbrook

New Stampin' Up Holiday Catalog 2018

I’m super excited to bring you a look at some of the products from the brand new Stampin’ Up Holiday catalog for 2018! It’s filled with wonderful stamp sets, dies, pattern papers, kits, embellishments and more for Fall, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Winter and Christmas. With themes like witches, animals in costumes, fall leaves and florals, snowmen, winter scenes, gift tags, trees, wreaths, stockings, candy canes, Santas, lights and ornaments and loads more! Many of the bundles have stamp sets with coordinating dies and matching pattern papers and accents too. There’s also some project kits for quick and easy holiday cards and tags.

For my first card, shown up top I used the Farmhouse Christmas stamp set. I stamped the truck and house, coloring them with Stampin’ Blends markers and die cut them along with the words with the matching Framehouse Framelits dies, adding them to a hill cut with the same die set. The pattern paper is from the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper.  I love the little extra touches in the stamp set you can add like the string of lights and wreaths.

Next I used the adorable Spirited Snowman set to make a fun somersaulting snowman card. I made this long card the size of a legal envelope so it can be mailed. For the background I stamped the snowflakes, adding dots of the Frost White Shimmer Paint for a pretty shine. I stamped 3 snowman, colored them with Stampin’ Blends markers and the shimmer paint, adhered them to my card, adding some twine across the bottom. I filmed a tutorial video that you can watch on Youtube or check out below.

New Stampin' Up Holiday Catalog 2018

For this last card I used the super cute Signs of Santa stamp set. I stamped all my words and images on white cardstock and colored them with Stampin’ Blends Markers, die cutting them with the Santa’s Signpost and Farmhouse Framelits dies. The pattern papers are all from the Farmhouse DSP papers. I tied some Granny Apple Green Textured Weave Ribbon from the annual catalog around the bottom. I love the 3 extra snowflake dies that come with the Santa’s Signpost dies, they are perfect cut from pattern paper.

I hope you’ve enjoyed a peek at some of the new products from the Stampin’ Up Holiday 1028 Catalog.  Click here to order directly from Stampin’ Up or contact your local demonstrator. Check back soon for more ideas.
