New Grip Mat Tools for Paper Crafting

July 12, 2023 by Heather Holbrook

If you enjoying paper crafting, creating cards, making scrapbook layouts or doing mixed media and collage than the brand new Grip Mat tools from Waffle Flower might be a big help in making creating projects easier for you. When doing techniques like stamping, ink blending, alcohol inks, masking, coloring and stenciling do you find that your paper slips on your work surface? You can use tape but sometimes that stickiness tears your paper or leaves residue behind and using clips can add a crease to the paper so a great solution is a sticky mat like the Grip Mat. It adheres to a glass or plexiglass work surface or inside a stamping platform and also holds your paper in place without worrying about it tearing or shifting. This tool also has clear alignment guides to help keep project straight and comes in different sizes.

Jennifer McGuire created some fun postage stamp cards using stamps and stencils to show tips and techniques on how to get the most from the Grip Mat from Waffle Flower. Click here to visit her blog and watch her helpful video tutorial.
