Mer-May is the perfect time for a mermaid themed party! Sue created her own beautiful watercolor pattern using watercolor markers applied to wet watercolor paper and smooshing it with cling wrap. The results are so colorful and pretty and made for the perfect mermaid tails that she stamped and cut out from her custom paper. She also used the paper for sentiments and added everything to tooth picks for fun cupcake toppers.
