How to Make an Interactive Santa Tiered Wiper Card - Christmas in July

Since many of us card makers participate in Christmas in July and get a head start on making our Holiday cards I wanted to share some inspiration this week to get you excited and creating early. This amazing interactive card from Sharon is called a tiered wiper card, when the tap is pulled another layer is revealed behind and then another and then another until there’s 4 panels revealed. For her design she has Santa stamped and colored and matted with a scalloped die and a stamped and die cut sentiment banner.

There’s grey plaid pattern paper and glittery snowflakes on each panel and each of the other layers have elves peeking out with speech bubbles that say “Ho, Ho Ho”. Isn’t this just the cutest idea!?

You can take a closer look at Sharon’s card and find a link to Sam’s video that will show you all the steps you need to make your own tiered wiper card over on the Art Impressions blog.
