How to Make a Mixed Media Gift Card Holder Card

How to Make a Mixed Media Gift Card Holder Card

If you’re still Christmas shopping and in need of a last minute gift Gift Cards are always a great choice but be sure to make it special by placing it inside of a handmade card. Tina created this wonderful mixed media card with a small envelope on the front that’s sized to slide in a gift card. The card base is white with a pattern paper layer that’s been inked along the edges. Next is the die cut and folded envelope, also cut from pattern paper, the blue really pops on that red background! On top of the envelope she’s included a cluster of embellishments, there’s paper straws but surprise they aren’t 3D they are cut from printed paper, there’s a fussy cut holly branch, and die cut greenery that’s been colored with markers with texture paste and glitter added for snow. And for even more dimension there’s a die cut red bow, a scattering of gems, and a couple of tags, one with Merry Christmas stamped on it.
