Spring will be here soon as well as St. Patrick’s Day so it’s a great time to incorporate a rainbow of colors on your handmade cards. Kristina used beautiful bold colors and cute kitty cat stamps from Sunny Studios for this darling Birthday shaker card idea. She stamped with waterproof black ink on watercolor paper and water colored her cats with Distress Inks and a paint brush. She then die cut her open hearts from white cardstock to place her fussy cut cats behind each opening. For the backgrounds she used alcohol based markers for a different deep color behind each one. She used thin strips of foam tape and acetate to create each shaker section, adding sequins that matched each color inside.
