How to Donate Your Extra Handmade Cards

How to Donate Your Extra Handmade Cards

I know so many of us enjoy card making and stamping so much that we often create new cards without having a reason or someone to send them too. Sometimes it’s so fun just to sit down and create just for the sake of creating. But what can we do with all those extra cards? Instead of storing them in boxes hoping for an opportunity to send them why not donate them? I see crafters all the time asking where is a good place to donate and one place I suggest is Cards for Kindness. This charity is run by Scrapbook.com so you know they’ll take good care of your creations and send them to someone who could really use a smile on their face and something to brighten their day. You make the cards and send them to Cards for Kindness and they will distribute them to places like hospitals, retirement homes and shelters.

Click here to visit the Cards for Kindness section of the Scrapbook.com website to learn where to send your cards, submission guidelines, organizations partners and to find answers to any other questions you might have.
