I love a card with multiple layers and so does Wendy Lee. She designed this fun Spanner Panel Card that has an open section on the front with a piece of acetate, a second panel underneath and then finally the inside of the card. She used a cool Halloween theme for her card but this idea could be used for so many different occasions.
