Sandy Allnock created a big bunch of adorable cards using new Halloween stamps from Colorado Stamp Company by Anita Jeram. Since the stamps are small not much coloring was needed so after coloring with Copic Markers on Kraft cardstock she used a thin line black marker to create linear designs for borders and backgrounds, this simple technique adds such a big impact!
