Giveaway and Review: Paper Pumpkin Kit for February 2018

February 21, 2018 by Heather Holbrook

Giveaway and Review: Paper Pumpkin Kit for February 2018

If you’re looking for paper crafting inspiration Paper Pumpkin is here to inspire you and bring creativity to your door each and every month. Paper Pumpkin is a subscription kit brought to you by the folks at Stampin’ Up.

When you sign up you’ll get a box full of everything you need to complete multiples of that months project along with an instruction sheet and a link to an on-line video tutorial. Kits might include things like a clear stamp set, blank cards and envelopes, ink pads, stickers, embellishments, washi tape, twine and more. In most cases scissors are all you might need to complete the projects, a clear stamping block will be included in your very first kit.

This months kit called Wildflower Wishes contains everything to make 3 each of 3 card designs.  You’ll find card bases, pattern cardstock, lined envelopes, linen thread, letter and flower stickers, die cut labels, pearl embellishments, a small clear stamp set, mini ink pad, vellum leaves and adhesives. I love the contrast of these cards, the bright flowers on the light tan is so pretty! For my cards shown above I followed the kit directions but I also made an alternative card. I flipped one of the pattern papers over to the white side, added it to the card base, used the letter stickers (instead of the open “negative”) down the side, adding the stamped “friends” and added a cluster of flower stickers, vellum leaves and pearls, tying the thread down the side of my card.
