Have you seen Jurassic World yet? I saw it this weekend and it was awesome, the special effects were amazing! To get your kids (or you if you’re adult who loves to color) in a dino mood Dover Publications is offering a couple of dinosaur coloring pages to download for free. These could also be shrunken down and used for greeting card fronts for that kid (or adult :)) who loves dinos. Click here to download.

Coloring in sheets are a great way to calm the busy mind, as you focus on the coloring techniques your brain is actually able to calm itself and focus on less. Coloring is used to help relax and calm anxiety and stress. Coloring keeps out mental health in check and allows us to develop of creative brain. We highly recommend Copic markers or Faber castell coloring pencils .
