Craftsy is a great place to learn new crafting techniques, they offer on-line classes for many different crafts like jewelry, photography, quilting, cake decoration and paper arts too. They offer paid classes but also free mini class as well. Each class has complete instructions and materials lists, including links to where you can purchase the products used (or simply substitute what you already have on hand).
