Check out the shimmer and shine Brenda got from using foiling on this beautiful Beta Fish Card! She foiled the fish outline using gold speckled foil, coloring it with Copic Markers. The title is a mix of stamping and die cutting from metallic cardstock and the wavy water background is stenciled. This combination of techniques created such a stunning card design!
