If you’ve worked with alcohol markers before you know that they don’t blend or bleed with water but since they are alcohol based they can be moved around with alcohol. Joy put alcohol in a water brush, applied her Copic Markers to a non-porous surface and painted a colorful background for a fun Faux Watercolor technique.
