Designer Bibi Cameron made this amazing Mother’s Day card with stamps and dies from Neat and Tangled. She’ll show you how she used a no-line stamping technique to color the stamps. And in order to place her “wreath” in the correct place on the card front she used a piece of fabric with temporary adhesive as a transfer for the die cuts. Very clever!
