This cute little witch with her black kitten and tiny frog are ready to scare up a sweet Halloween on this card from Mindy Eggen . She used layering stencils from Tim Holtz to create that fabulous moon along with ink blending and some splatter for the background. The stamps she used are new from My Favorite Things.
