Quilling is a paper crafting technique that has been a round for a long time. I remember my mom creating projects with it back in the 70’s but it dates back even further then that. If you’re not familiar with it, Quilling is wrapping and curling thin strips of paper into shapes. Niki created some amazing Quilled cards and paired them with foiling to create a clean and very modern take on Quilling.
