Cathy Zeilske create her own pretty paper for this fun Birthday Card. She applied Distress Oxide
inks to a rubber roller brayer then rolled the inks on to a Gel Press, added some water and then “stamped” it onto paper and the result are so beautiful! She then used her custom paper to die cut the center of a sentiment for her card.
