Jennifer used stamps and dies from Whimsy Stamps to create this fun Black Cat Halloween Shaker Card. She used a spider web frame stamp for the top portion of the shaker with the stamped and colored kitty on the background. I love the white netting, bow and 3D embellishments she used to decorate the corners of the frame!
