The “Chippies” line from Wendy Vecchi are chipboard shapes that ad a wonderful depth and dimension to your paper crafting projects. Pattie used them to create this colorful birthday card. The pieces are primed but she added white gesso over them first and then colored each one with Liquid Pearl which adds not only bold color but shimmer as well. I love her tip on taping the chipboard pieces down while painting and cutting them apart to use them in different ways.
