How beautiful is this Birthday Card from Jessica? The little kitty cat floating in the air with his balloons is so cheerful and will bring a smile to anyone’s face. I love her perfectly ink blended background and the addition of the scalloped rectangles floating within the clouds adds a lot of extra dimension and interest to her card.
