If you prefer a more elegant design check out this card from Caitlin. She used dies to create a crescent shaped half wreath of Fall leaves and flowers around a white pumpkin with a witch’s hat. The touch of gold around the sentiment adds a bit of shine too. I spotted her card on the caitlinannaleecards Instagram page.
Jaycee used ink blending in orange, yellow and teal for the background of this fun Skeleton card. He used a Press Plate stamped in navy ink for the focal point, then again lighter in orange on either side for balance. A bold white on black sentiment finishes it off. Visit the Spellbinders blog for more details.
Amy always knocks my socks off with her stamped scene building and coloring techniques! For this slimline card she used new stamps from Sweet November for an awesome kitty cat graveyard card. Learn more at her blog A Thousand Sheets of Paper.
Heat embossing and glitter add loads of sparkle and shine to this cool Halloween card. There’s black bats flying in the ink blended background and die cut pumpkins with glittery smiles and eyes along the bottom for some spooky fun. Here’s another fun Halloween shaker card, this time from Angelica. She used pattern paper with lots of pink for the card base, creating a panel from black powdered watercolors behind the shaker, filling it with lots of colorful star sequins. The ghost over top is die cut from different colors of cardstock. Watch her video at Scrapbook.com.
These cute little spiders are ready for Halloween with a web filled with sweet treats! Mindy used a spiderweb stencil for the background and small stamps for the spiders and candy, adding a fun heat embossed sentiment in the center. Learn more at the Lawn Fawn blog.
