Yan used a no-line coloring technique for this fun and funny Christ-Moose card. I love that she used Kraft cardstock instead of traditional white, it gives a rustic appeal to the design. I spotted her idea on the My Favorite Things Instagram page.
Layering stencils are a quick and easy way to add coloring and pattern. This pretty stenciled tree shape is filled with traditional Holiday greenery with touches of pink instead of red for a retro feel. A star on top and stamped sentiment finish off the card. Check out the Cosmopolitan Christmas stencils from Sizzix overwhite at Scrapbook.com.
Megan used dies to create this darling snowman scene. Instead of gum his gumball machine dispenses snowballs, how cute is that!? She used inks and ink blending to add colors to her white cardstock dies. Take a closer look over on the Lawn Fawn blog.
These cute stamped bears are having a ball playing in the snow, sledding, making a snowman and mailing their own Holiday cards (handmade of course!). Pattern paper backgrounds and stamped sentiments complete these fun card designs that use stamps from Penny Black. I came across these on the fourblessings18 Instagram page.
I’m in love with this non-traditional color combo of pink and silver on this beautiful card from Cathy! This card also has lots of texture from a plaid die cut background, stenciled tree and ornaments with layers of silver die cut decorations and a heat embossed sentiment. Check out her video tutorial on the CZ Designs blog.
LDRS has released a new inlay stamp set for the Holidays. With these stamp it’s easy to create wreaths, ornaments and scenes by layering stamps in different colors of ink. Using a stamp positioning tool helps makes this process a breeze. You can find these new products at HSN.

Carly die cut the Merry from the white card base, adding the red die cut border around the word, putting sequins inside a shaker pouch behind, and then a circular stamped “Christmas” finishes the sentiment. Get the look of lots of stitching without all the work with the Nicol’s Needlework collection. These dies and stamps work together beautifully to create lots of different embroidery hoop designs for many different Holidays and occasions. Take a closer look over on the Spellbinders blog.
This sweet card has a row of stamped critters holding hands in the snow with a bold blue background and bright white snowflakes falling bl. There’s also a die cut holly border and pretty ribbon and holly embellishment. I spotted this design on the Whimsy Stamps Instagram page.
Dawn created three stunning cards using new products from Stampin’ Up featuring a winter sled and ice skates. I love the green and gold color combo with just a hint of red. The shiny gold comes from metallic cardstock and heat embossing. Check out her video tutorial on the Dawn’s Stamping Thoughts blog.
And last but certainly not least, Meghan used a background die filled with large stars, cut from silver glitter and colored cardstock for the background of this adorable Christmas card. And how cute are the stamped Santa, Mrs. Claus and Elves colored with Copic markers? Learn more at the Made by Meghan blog.
