Anywhoo I needed to created a quick bday card..I selected to use the dice cut from Sizzix to create the flowers.

It was so easy to do, A b plate, then the die foam part facing you the paper on top then the b plate then 1 turn is all it needed to turn the paper into these beauties..

I also use the Threading water punch as well to create the edges.. I use Pebbles Ink rubon, I got to tell ya it works perfectly on the glitter

Who knew I could have such fun w/this machine

Have fun, create your ART!

She said she luved the smell of them on the clothes.

Anywhoo I’m left w/a bunch of old sheets, so instead of throwing them away I decided to incorporate them into my card projects..

Here’s a simple card I created using the cuttlebug again and some Marthat stewart punch and luveliness papers from K & Co and the laundry sheet, voila a quick card..

Instructions

I cut the paper to a size of folded 4.5×5

cut the vellum 4.5×5 and emboss

Then punch the edges with the Marthat Stewart punch, chalk the vellum with shimmery chalk from Pebbles.

cut a small piece of dryer sheet then stamped an image

adhere to layered cs then add embellishments. Voila done in less than 10 mtes..:)

Have fun, enjoy your ART!

Hi Everyone:

Have you ever found a gem and instantly fall in luv?

Such is the case for me with Clear Artistic Stamps, I found Shadows of memories and completely fell in luv w/the versatility of the stamps..

The best part is she asked me to be Guest Designer, how kewl is that eh?

I asked the designer Belinda Landtroop about how she started?

How did you get to design stamps?
I was doing some freelance art work for a pencil company and was ask if I would be interested in designing the art for the dies. The company who made the dies for the pencil companies also made rubber stamps for businesses. Doing work for rubber stamps became a regular thing. Then I began doing it for companies in the craft industry who made rubber and acrylic stamps. This is a great industry to work in and the people are wonderful!

How long does it take from sketch to stamps?

The way I work it takes about 6 weeks from sketch to stamps. After I make the sketch I will color it to see if it will look good. Then make any changes. Although, on occasion I make a painting using ink, acrylic or watercolor first and later decide it will make a good stamp. One of my color pen and inks can take several months to create. I like to work with a dipping pen and some of my pictures are as large as 18 inches by 20 inches.

Here’s card I created using the fade stamping technique.

When I looked at the site on Etsy, the details of the art doesn’t show well on the site. Once you have the cards in your hands you realized no details were spared, and the best part is they are hand coloured

Take a look here

We will be giving 2 away, all you have to do is add this blog to your blog roll
